• Product Management: admins create products with multiple variants (color, size, bundle) — each variant has its own price and stock. Customers can browse the catalog, filter by category or brand, and select a variant with real-time availability shown on the detail page.
• Orders & Payment: customers check out by applying a voucher, reviewing the shipping fee, and paying via VNPay (bank card or QR). Admins track and update each order through its stages — if an order is cancelled, stock is automatically restored.
• Admin Operations: the back-office includes a sales and revenue dashboard, an inventory module for restocking from suppliers with low-stock alerts, a POS screen for walk-in customers, flash sale campaign setup, and a log of every action taken by admin accounts.
